The facilities available for hire at the Brudenell Playing Fields complex
currently include the Village Hall ('The Barn'), a full sized and equipped
senior football pitch, a well-maintained cricket
pitch, LTA-standard tennis
courts, and a well-equipped, enclosed, all-weather children's play area
with picnic seating The play area is freely available for use by village
residents and non-residents alike. In addition, we have cricket practice nets which
are available
for use free of charge by all villagers when not in use by Baston Cricket Club -
other local cricket teams may also use this facility by prior arrangement with
Baston Cricket Club.
The football and cricket pitch hire
charges can include the use of the changing rooms (on request) in the adjacent Village
Hall. Optionally, the Hall and kitchen facilities can be also be hired at
the same time for a small additional charge.
The Playing Fields, and the Village
Hall and its facilities, are available for hire by any group or organisation interested in
staging an event. Please contact our Bookings Clerk via the link below for
further information. The Hirers Agreement that is required to be completed
and submitted is also linked below.

The playing fields and village
hall are available on an exclusive (non-shared) basis for
large-scale events. |
£450 per day, including one free
day for set-up and one free day for take-down. £50 per each
additional day's hire. Note that a £500 refundable security deposit
is required in advance. |

Tennis Courts: |

Casual hire of
the tennis courts can be purchased at the Baston Village Shop and
Post Office during normal shop opening hours. |
£5 per court per hour (2 courts
available)

Please note that
strict terms and conditions apply to the hire of all facilities, a copy of
which will be provided at time of booking.
For all Village Hall bookings there will be a refundable £100 security
deposit required
