The Brudenell Playing Fields Management Committee is comprised of a Board of Trustees, non-voting Volunteers and nominated representatives from other village organisations. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees are elected by the Board members. The roles of Secretary and Treasurer are filled by appointment from the Board members. The nominated representatives are put forward by Baston Parish Council, Baston's Women's Institute branch and Baston Cricket Club. The committee meets on the first Thursday of every month except January and August. These meetings are not open to the public except by invitation.

The BPFMC Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in Baston Village Hall on the first Thursday of April every year, details of which are published in advance. All village residents over the age of 18 years have the right to attend the AGM. At the May meeting each year, following the AGM, the Board of Trustees elects the Chairman and Vice-Chairman and appoints a Secretary and a Treasurer.
